Application of the drug involves adding the contents of the pull-apart capsules to every 10 gallons of water and repeating this treatment in 24 hours. A 20% water change and the use of a charcoal filter to clean the water should be done prior to each treatment. The type of infection and its severity will determine the treatment duration.
